The team workshops are designed to utilize better your team’s existing resources: every team member’s unique strengths. This strengths-based approach supports your team’s well-being and the organization’s results. When we use our strengths more, our productivity and engagement increase. The workshops build on research in Positive Psychology and science-based tools.

We can run a single workshop as a part of your team building event or off-site activity. We can also build an employee engagement program of multiple workshops. All workshops are available online. Get in touch Anni and we can find the best option for your team!

Introduction to STRENGTHS: Discover and Unleash your superpowers

Each team member learns to identify their unique strengths and to develop and use them in new ways for better well-being. Includes a pre-workshop assignment. This workshop works well on its own or as an introduction to the other workshops’ topics.

Length: 2-2.5 hours

JOB Crafting workshop: Bring YOUR Strengths INto work

Each team member finds ways to craft their job so that it better fits their strengths to increase employee engagement. This workshop works well as a sequal after the Introduction to Strengths workshop.

STRENGTHS-BASED Interaction: Building Better Interactions through Strengths

Each team member learns to spot strengths in other people, celebrate strengths together, and take a strengths mindset to prevent and resolve conflicts. This workshop works well as a sequal after the Introduction to Strengths workshop.
