Workshops for Teams

The team workshops are designed to utilize better your team’s existing resources: every team member’s unique strengths. This strengths-based approach supports your team’s well-being and the organization’s results. The workshops build on research in Positive Psychology and science-based tools.

We can run a single workshop as a part of your team building or wellness day. We can also build a strengths program of multiple workshops. All workshops are available online. Get in touch Anni and we can find the best option for your team!
